Bischoff Doppelbock and Hefeweizen

     Over the past few years I've been forced to try just about every beer you can imagine. Even a 2000 year old Egyptian recipe, (which by the way was amazing). But let me tell you this line of beer is exceptional. The Doppelbock is quite possibly the best I've ever had. I was expecting big, bitter, and stale. but what I had was refreshing, clean just right for a hot summers day. In fact three long pulls ended my first bottle! I cracked the second and started my grill duties.... The next day I placed the first order for the stores and it hit the shelves this past Tuesday.
